Laura Márquez is Director and co-founder of ÏO Justice. After more than a decade working at the intersection of judicial practice, human rights, and legal technology across Latin America, Europe, and the United States, she has focused her work on advancing access to justice through digital and AI-driven solutions. She holds an LL.M. from NYU, a Master’s in Human Rights from ITAM, and a Master’s in Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante. She is a fellow of UNAM’s LIDIA Artificial Intelligence Research Group and co-leads the Center for Innovation and Access to Justice. She led the development of IALucIA, an AI legal assistant advancing Mexico’s open justice ecosystem.
