Increasingly, we hear that companies or organizations are committing to investments that, in addition to the financial return, generate a positive impact on the environment and people. Is there a favorable legal environment for this type of investment? Everything indicates that there are steps in the right direction and that there is still a long way to go in terms of public policies and the actions of organizations dedicated to the subject. VIVA Idea considers impact investing to go beyond the classic definition.
