We are proud to present the second edition of the Impact Lawyers Journal, produced by members of GAIL Asia Pacific.

This edition explores what it means to be an impact lawyer in Asia Pacific and provides tools for impact lawyers, including information on climate aligned contracting and the role of lawyers in B Corp Certification in New Zealand. It shines a spotlight on impact law developments in Pakistan and Australia, and includes a special feature on six values that should define social enterprises. It also includes information on the GAIL’s activities in Asia Pacific, GAIL’s Annual Summit 2023, and opportunities to get involved.

The journal addresses subjects of global relevance, with perspectives from Asia Pacific.
