Victoria is an English qualified lawyer focussed exclusively on using the law to catalyse sustainable change. Victoria has extensive experience advising international businesses, start-ups and philanthropists on ESG integration through a legal and governance lens. She regularly engages with Boards and senior management on the triple challenge of increasing ESG regulation, litigation risk and the need to demonstrate international best practice in sustainability. Victoria also works closely with UK lawyers on strategic litigation cases.
Victoria holds a distinction in the Legal Practice Course from Kaplan Law School (London) and a Commendation in the Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business from Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Victoria is the Convenor for the Legal Practice Group at the ESG Exchange and on the Advisory Group for Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, South Africa. She lives in Nairobi with her husband and two children and is passionate about elevating the African voice in the international sustainability agenda.
