Paola Iacovino operates in commercial and corporate law. Her work involves both continuous assistance with commercial contracts and as company secretary, as well as consultancy in extraordinary operations, business unit rentals, commercial leases and 231 compliance. She offers legal assistance mainly with corporate disputes. Her consultancy is addressed towards Italian and foreign companies operating in multiple economic segments, including manufacturing and technology, fashion and catering. After graduating from the University of Turin, Paola joined RPLT RP legalitax (then RP Legal & Tax) in 2016, following an experience with the British Institute of International and Comparative Law of London.
