Catherine (Casey) Oetgen serves as counsel to tax-exempt organizations on a broad range of tax-exempt and nonprofit corporate and tax matters under federal and state law, with a special focus on impact investing. Casey regularly advises leading private foundations, public charities, and other social impact investors on their charitable investment endeavors, including program-related and mission-related investments.
