Michèle Sue Sidler is a member of the Corporate & M&A team of MLL Legal in Zurich. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. She advises privately held and listed companies on all types of transactions and corporate matters. Michèle Sue Sidler was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2022. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Zurich and her Master’s degree from the Universities Zurich and Lausanne (Joint Degree). She is fluent in German, English and French.
