I am a corporate and transactional lawyer with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, corporate governance, and fractional general counsel work. I advise mission-driven businesses, B Corps, benefit corporations, founders, executives, boards, and investors on acquisitions and divestitures, strategic investments, financing, commercial agreements, governance, and other significant business transitions. My background includes more than 100 acquisitions and strategic transactions, including cross-border deals, as well as serving as General Counsel of a multinational software group during a period of significant acquisitive and organic growth.
