Clara worked at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for four years before joining the Paris Bar in 2018. She is admitted to the ICC List of Assistants to Counsel and is a member of the ICC Bar Association.
Clara specialises in international criminal law and international humanitarian law. She represents individuals and corporations in complex proceedings involving alleged violations of international law and human rights before French, foreign and international criminal courts. She also advises companies operating in conflict-affected and high-risk areas, supporting senior management in identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with their activities, with a particular focus on human rights due diligence and compliance obligations.
Her practice further covers white-collar crime and breaches of ethical conduct, including corruption, influence peddling, conflicts of interest, money laundering, and fraud. She regularly acts in matters involving international judicial cooperation, including extradition, Interpol notices, international sanctions, and cross-border asset freezing and seizure.
In November 2022, Clara joined the Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group for Ukraine. In this context, she worked alongside Ukrainian prosecutors and investigators in support of efforts to investigate international crimes committed in Ukraine.
