He helps charities, social enterprises, profit-with-purpose businesses and other commercial organisations to navigate challenging and strategically important workplace issues, including: employee engagement, change programmes, discrimination, grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, dismissals, whistleblowing, restrictive covenant drafting and enforcement, TUPE and data protection.
