Azlena Maria Abu Bakar, better known as Lynn Bakar, is a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, Impact Strategist and serial entrepreneur. Lynn is also a Partner at GM Tan & Company in Malaysia. She advises corporates, social enterprises and NGOs on legal structuring, governance, commercial arrangements, responsible growth and mission-led ventures, bringing a practical understanding of both legal risk and business realities. Her work also encompasses inclusive business and legal planning for underrepresented communities, including trusts, wills and succession arrangements for neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities and their families.
