Mrs. Souza is a partner at Szazi, Bechara Storto Reicher e Figueiredo Lopes Advogados where she is the head of the Innovation Impact Business and ESG. PhD student in Public Administration at FGV (2019-2023). Member of Impact Legal Group in Brazil in a partnership with Sistema B.
Researcher at the Coordination for Applied Legal Research – FGV Law SP in Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), where she coordinated CSOs Economic Sustainability Projects (2016-2020). In 2020, Mrs. Souza won the first edition of the “Civil Society Policy Impact Research Award” contest, promoted by the International Society for Third-Sector Research (ISTR), with the survey “The Role of CSOS and Academics in Changing Brazilian Public Policy: A Brief Case Study of Provisional Measure 870/2019”.
Between 2012-2014, Aline was an advisor in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of Brazil on the Regulatory Framework of the Civil Society Organizations’ agenda. She is an author of academic books and articles in Brazil, such as “Perspectives for the Legal Framework of the Third Sector”; “Social Enterprises: a corporate approach” and the PNUD/SEGIB Brazil Report “Empresas com propósito: regulação na Ibero-america”.
