GAIL’s Blended Finance Working Group is reconvening in 2026 to explore emerging legal developments, practical challenges, and new opportunities in blended finance. Building on the success of GAIL’s 2024 report, the group will foster collaboration and help shape the future of blended finance law.

A global project undertaken by the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers that aims to identify and map the legal and regulatory barriers to combining philanthropic, government and commercial funding to achieve positive impact; and share legal case studies to support and enable the scaling of blended finance instruments and structures.
