This interactive roundtable focused on strengthening cross-border collaboration in support of the rule of law.
As legal systems and institutions face evolving pressures in many parts of the world, this session will provide a trusted space for lawyers to share perspectives across jurisdictions, reflect on emerging challenges, and explore practical, solutions-oriented forms of cooperation. The discussion was conducted under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open and constructive dialogue.
Hosted by GAIL Europe, in partnership with Trinity International in Paris (with participation from other international legal organisations), the event was designed as a moderated roundtable.
