This year, GAIL participated in the World Sustainable Contracting Day, hosted by the World Commerce & Contracting Association. David Frydlinger and Sarah Ellington led a session on embedding impact in contracts, discussing how to avoid negative consequences and safeguard positive outcomes. They explored practical strategies for designing contracts that not only support long-term success and meaningful impact but also help prevent disputes and ensure the contract delivers on its purpose.
