Within the framework of the Annual Conference of “Legal Issues in Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing – in the US and beyond” we invite lawyers in Latin America to participate in a satellite event that is held for the region, in alliance with GAIL Founding Member firm, Keidos Impacto Legal.

This event will feature panels on

• Payment Contracts for Results (Social Impact Bonds)
• ASG (or ESG for its acronym in English)
• Rethinking the Legal Profession

Speakers include José Miguel Alfaro, Chair of GAIL Latin America and Constanza Connolly, Vice President of the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers.
