Agostina is a lawyer and has co-founded Keidos, where she advises companies, international development institutions, governments, and non-profit organisations to advance on the adoption of ESG principles and criteria into their corporate governance decision-making process, business strategies and operations. She specialises in the design of triple-impact businesses and purpose-driven enterprises; and in complex structures for creating solutions for non-traditional legal forms, including organisations with “hybrid” non-profit and for-profit structures; and in designing legal mechanisms to block and secure their missions and impacts. Agostina also has experience in the development and implementation of sustainable value chains, sustainable and inclusive procurement with a Human Rights perspective.

Emiliano is head of the ESG & Legal Impact team at RPLT – RP Legalitax and Chair of GAIL Europe. He mainly deals with purpose-driven companies, non-profit entities, social enterprises, NGOs and international organisations. He advises these entities in the phases of incorporation, reorganisation, extraordinary transactions and adjustments and in the implementation of their sustainability and impact strategy throughout their value chains.

He also provides support on ESG matters to leading national and international companies. More specifically, he deals with the adoption and implementation of sustainability models, corporate policies and ethical codes, the acquisition of the Benefit Corporation status and the B Corp certification, as well as ESG/human rights due diligence, non-financial reporting and impact measurement.

Emiliano has more than years of experience in the impact economy sector. In particular, he has been involved for years in several international cooperation projects and policy-making activities, led by NGOs and by the United Nations, focused on the integration of migrants and refugees through entrepreneurial initiatives and humanitarian law.

Luis Gabriel is a Partner of the Capital Markets, Securities & Private Equity and Corporate/M&A Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on securities offerings, including both equity and debt offerings in the Colombian Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, and under 144A and Reg S rules. He has been involved in many of the largest securities offerings out of Colombia, including landmark offerings such as the first double-listed issuer, the first ETF and the first simultaneous offering made both in Colombia and in international markets. He frequently advises clients on Private Equity matters, including fund formation, fund raising and the implementation of investment policies for companies and projects in a cross-border basis, being a recognized leader on the development of the Colombian private equity industry. He also advises several national and foreign financial entities in financial services, corporate governance and securities regulations. In addition, he has advised national and foreign clients on M&A transactions (both for listed and privately held companies). He has recently focused some extracurricular activities in fostering the venture capital and entrepreneurs’ ecosystem and in developing social impact investment funds in Colombia.
