Currently, she consults as a Policy Officer for the Fair Standards Alliance, a Brussels-based trade association advocating for fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory licensing of Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) essential for advancing next-generation wireless technology. As Senior Legal Counsel at Fairphone, she supported the building of legal frameworks designed to facilitate sustainable transitions in the tech industry. Ana-Mariya holds degrees in European Law and Globalization and Laws from Maastricht University.
