Her experience has included advising on various corporate restructurings and share acquisitions, issue of bonds and term notes, fund structuring and set up. She routinely advises on corporate structuring and on appropriate vehicles for investments, drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, constitutive documents, security documents and credit agreements for cross-border financing. Shianee also advises on regulatory aspects in buyouts of local entities, and undertakes due diligence exercises onto various entities incorporated in Mauritius for M&A transactions.
