Hosted by GAIL UK

YOU ARE INVITED

Thursday 2nd October, 2:30 – 3:30 PM

You are invited to the first UK GAIL members drop-in session.  Please join us for an informal, online meet-up.

A chance to meet other members, share updates on recent work, discuss opportunities to collaborate and highlight developments in impact law. We are keen to hear from you with any topics that you would like to discuss, for example: –

  • The ICJ advisory opinion of July 2025 on the Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change.
  • Rights of Rivers – recent developments in the UK.
  • Contracting for unintended consequences of impact interventions – what can lawyers do about unforeseen issues indirectly arising from impact projects?

Get in touch if you would like to talk about any of the above, or cover a different impact topic.  Or simply join us for a chance to meet your fellow members.  We look forward to the discussion.
