Drop-in session hosted by GAIL Europe, with members from all regions welcome.

Please join us for an urgent discussion on rule of law developments around the world and what we, as lawyers, can do to make an impact.

We will discuss GAIL’s draft Rule of Law Manifesto, building on our related Paris roundtable earlier this year, with a focus on lawyers’ independence, supporting colleagues under pressure and working together across borders.

Alongside brief contributions from GAIL members on the challenges they face in their own jurisdictions, we will be happy to receive your comments on the draft and ideas for other rule of law initiatives.

The discussion will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
