Aimée is an internationally experienced sustainability and corporate responsibility professional with a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge. An experienced board member, she is co-founder of Stories Evolved, an international advisory services firm that focuses on supporting boards, law firms and lawyers on their ESG and sustainability journey.
Aimée has worked with leading financial institutions, corporate law firms and their boards across the UK and Africa. She consults the Cambridge Institute on Sustainability Leadership’s (CISL) on developing and delivering their online international executive programmes in sustainability. These include courses in Governance for a Sustainable Future and Business Sustainability Management.
Aimée is a South African qualified lawyer that practised as a corporate specialist, predominantly in energy, infrastructure and procurement at Bowmans (Johannesburg) and Allen & Overy (London) for a combined period of 7 years. Aimée left practice in 2010 to set up an independent legal-based sustainability consultancy. She has worked in this capacity for the last 13 years, partnering with a variety of clients – companies, law firms, government, NGOs, think tanks, development banks and universities to design, understand, implement, communicate, and educate on sustainability and ESG-related opportunities and challenges, laws, policies, programmes and governance processes.
