Chilean lawyer practising since 2015 with experience in arbitration, commercial and environmental law, water law, and soil regulation, having worked as associate in law firms and as Consultor in her expertise area. She studied Law at Universidad Diego Portales and her LL.M. in Energy and Natural Resources Law at Queen Mary University of London. She also has Diplomas in Administrative Law and Water Management and Regulation, both studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Paula has a strong commitment to voluntary work, participating for many years in various organisations of the civil society and associations, mainly related to environmental matters. In 2018, Paula started the NGO “Piensa Sostenible” which aims to collaborate on environmental education, promote transdisciplinary work and encourage its members to get involved in impactful projects. Currently, Paula is Piensa Sostenible’s President until 2022, member of the board of directors of the Chilean Environmental Law Association, and member of the of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean Soil Science Association.
