Katerina is an associate in the Corporate team at Harbottle & Lewis LLP advising clients primarily in the technology, media and entertainment sectors. She has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, fundraisings, share incentive schemes and joint ventures. She also has a particular interest in working with charities, social enterprises and philanthropic organisations and has extensive experience advising on formation, governance and corporate transactions involving charities, not-for-profit entities and impact and purpose driven businesses.
