Melissa is a senior associate specialising in major infrastructure, energy and construction projects. She is one of our lead pro bono lawyers for Australia and prior to joining Pinsent Masons was a pro bono co-ordinator at an international law firm. She also sits on Pinsent Mason’s RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) committee, diversity and inclusion committee and the FREE (Faith, Race, Ethnicity and Equality) Steering Group. Melissa is experienced in advising government agencies, principals and contractors across a broad range of procurement models, including PPPs, alliances, EPC, O&M, design and construct, construct only and various long and short term services arrangement She has worked on transport and social infrastructure projects as well as wind, solar and pumped hydro projects.
