Lawyer with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law, Investments, and Trade from Heidelberg University (Germany), and a Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, and Public Management from Universidad del Desarrollo (Chile). He has focused his professional career on foreign affairs, regional integration, and sustainable development cooperation, as well as on international trade, investment, and finance. After serving as an advisor to the Pacific Alliance at the Undersecretariat of International Economic Relations of Chile, he currently works as an advisor to the Finance and International Affairs Coordination at the Ministry of Finance of the same country. He is also the founder and executive president of the Nuevo Desarrollo Foundation, a think tank that seeks to promote a new model of sustainable economic development based on open markets, free cooperation, and business innovation.
